Very professional and helpfull with our frankie, from speaking to annie in reception who helped guide us to the correct vet, Riccardo of whom provided good advice for our concerns, and also very thourogh in ensuring that he had examined frankie and provided us with peace of mind of which also turned out to be a very good outcome as he is back to good health. Our family used this service to say goodbye to our much loved pet Bella the pug. It was so difficult to do but Riccardo made sure she was comfortable and at home with her family. The service was amazing from start to finish and the contact was impressive to make sure everything was covered .
