Amazed I was able to book so easily before Christmas. Elderly cat was cared for beautifully, meds renewed and eye ulcer diagnosed with follow-up appointment, meds and care advice. Kind and caring service.

Professional service from well educated veterinarians. Even the receptionist staff are friendly (unlike a doctors surgery) Vets are very patient with my nervous dog and always try to make a fuss to relax him. Only downside is the parking, as is with many veterinary practices. Limited spaces if you turn up early for your appointment.

From the reception staff warm welcome to the gentle approach to both my dog and cat, it was a seamless service. Both animals were are relaxed as could be possible so another annual health check completed safely and effortlessly! Thank you!

Stella has been fantastic caring for our cat John, who developed struvite crystals and then had 3 subsequent uterine blockages requiring emergency catheratisation plus treatment for a UTI all within 3 weeks! She is nurturing and gentle, and very well informed and efficient. Thank you so much Stella! Unfortunately john couldn't get a break and without the cathetar blocked again instantly. If he'd managed even a week or two of normality we would have trusted the staff here with P.U surgery as a last resort but it wasn't fair to put him through another procedure back to back. Sadly Ida had to put john to sleep but in a way that suited him and me, so that I could cuddle him the whole time. It still doesn't feel real but I'll always be grateful that she did it as sensitively as possible. The rest of the staff we dealt with were also caring, friendly and professional at a really stressful, sad time. Thank you x

Our cat is an older rescue cat and she requires quite regular treatment. Ida is lovely with her because our cat get gets very stressed when she visits the vet. Ida is caring, thorough and gave us a detailed explanation about the treatment when we originally took her. We are very happy with the continued excellent care. Another bonus is the ease with which we are able to make appointments.

Dr. Stella is an exceptional vet, and we are so grateful to have her care for our dog, Oscar. We first met her when she was his vet in Greece, and we loved her compassion, professionalism and knowledge regarding Oscar's condition. Even now, we travel from far just to bring Oscar to her because we trust her completely. She has a gentle, calming presence that always puts Oscar at ease, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. It's rare to find a vet who combines such genuine care with expertise, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her. Highly, highly recommended! Oscar loves her!! ☺️
