Amazing amazing experience we saw both Emma and Danielle today for a full assessment of my nearly two year old Labrador. From the get go everything was super relaxed my dog was comfortable very in depth assessment and advice given and followed up with the laser therapy to help manage some pain. To then have a follow up email with the home exercises and a very in depth review of findings aswell as next steps. I can’t thank you guys enough for fitting Emmy in so soon, being so accommodating and being so in depth and genuinely caring for her. We look forward to continuing working with you and we would highly recommend to anyone.

Emma is angel sent! Anyone who is hesitating trying acupuncture I strongly recommend you give it a try. Every dog is different but our experience has been nothing short of a miracle. Our boy has had an extremely tough year following a fall out of medication/lupus that causes 3 autoimmune issues one being poly arthritis the other a bleeding issue and his joints and body suffered a lot. Last year June he was barely able to walk, we had a lift install in the house to get him upstairs, he was lying to down to eat because he couldnt stand. His pain medication has been going up and up and we are limited to what we can use because of his conditions and stomach issues. As of June 2025 this year, he was on 3 pardale V 3 times a day and it was enough, he had tremors on his hind legs, uncomfortabl, unsettled during the day not sleeping much, walks were cut down to 20/30mins we were exploring more pain medication like gabapentin, tramadol, ketamine therapy... He's on so much medication as it is I felt very lost and didn't just want to put more and more medication into him. I googled dog pain management and boom pawsitive relief was there, what drew me to them was that Emma has a full vetinary surgery background so felt the person looking after chewie with all his conditions would be fully aware of how to treat him. Emma is just heart and soul for animals she is so dedicated to helping them and so thorough in everything. Really intuned in terms of giving space as our chewie can be a bit aloof and she's reads his body language so well. We've been going now for I think 2 months and the changes we've seen are just short of a miracle. Chewie is currently down to one! ONE pardale twice a day, how walks are back up to an hour twice a day with no signs of aching or old dogness. He's even been swimming in the sea! He turns 10 in October and doesn't look it, nor does he look like a dog that's been through what he has. Mobility aside I really feel the acupuncture is helping his whole body even mentally, hes more settled and cuddly at home than he has been this last year, I feel like I have my dog back and all he went through is just a memory. Iv added a video of what he was like last year which was 1year before we started accupunture. 1 month before we started accupunture he was able to stand but not for long, he had a termor in his hind legs, was still struggling with the stairs and getting on the sofa or bed, he had weakness and alot of fatigue and was showing all the signs of pain, he was maxing out his painkillers as I said above. I'll end this before it turns into a ramble. But just give it try you've got nothing to loose and so much to gain as well as being in the care with one of the best vets I've come across.

Emma has been amazing with helping my dog after TPLO surgery . He is a big sensitive dog and she has taken time to build a trusting relationship with him . She also works alongside along side my primary vet to help us diagnose and provide ongoing support . I can't recommend enough

Couldn't feel more secure in the hands of this lovely lady... a friendly, kind and trusted qualified professional acupuncturist, who is also a qualified and practiced veterinarian. My dog has been given so much improvement, pain relief and the musculoskeletal stiffness has been kicked to the curb. She now has a ginormous happy waggily tail. 😊

Excellent friendly and professional service. My dog Jack had a back/hip injury which benefitted from both acupuncture and massage therapy. Emma is very knowledgeable and kept me fully informed at all times, and her rapport with Jack was wonderful. Highly recommended.
