It’s an absolute pleasure to bring my pets here. They truly care about the animals and always make us feel that they are in good hands. The staff are professional, caring, and very friendly. This amazing team saved our dogs life! Our pom was in for a routine op, but the tube in her throat caused the airways to close. This is extremely rare & no-one’s fault. A less experienced vet may not have known what the issue was. Billy performed an emergency tracheostomy & placed a tube in her throat so she could breathe. He then took her home that night for observation, which would’ve cost £2500 elsewhere. The team (primarily Billy & Helen) were starting work early, finishing late, explaining everything, messaging & phoning us (including during the evening & weekend). They have a lovely way with people (& pets) & were very reassuring, supporting my wife & I through this upsetting time. We also noticed staff tending to other pets to keep them calm & happy. I don’t have the words to express how fantastic Billy, Helen & the team have been & how grateful we are. Again- THANK YOU!!!
